Our goal at Oakland Rose is to facilitate all your architectural and planning needs in a single service. This is true whether you need drawings for a simple rear extension or a full bespoke design service. We can take care of all elements of the process, from producing beautiful designs, gaining planning permission, and providing fully developed building control drawings. Our clients range from home owners to business owners, and entail all elements of a project, including extensions, alterations, remodelling, change of use and much more.

John@Oakland Rose produced plans for a rear extension for my bungalow, along with an ensuite & an upgrade to a preexisting loft conversion. The loft needed new everything throughout and John produced technical drawings and designs for the whole project that whizzed through planning and building control. Looks great inside, just what I wanted. Would strongly recommend. Delighted.
